4 Cyber Monday Shopping Spots

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Oregon chapter.

Although the whole act of going out to a shopping center is special, sometimes you just don’t want to get out. Welcome to online shopping. Online shopping is pretty great until you realize the shipping costs and the possibility of ill-fitting clothes that did not match the measurements. Despite that, there are so many things that you can find that are unique to each online store and that you may not find in your local mall or boutique. Here are 4 online stores you can go to.

The first online store is Uniqlo. I’m a big fan of this store. The pants are very well fitted and super comfortable. Their legging pants are great if you need something that’s not see-through like normal leggings and a bit more dress up than Lululemons. A unique thing about Uniqlo is their HeatTech clothes. This is a Japanese innovation that makes clothes warmer. They have socks and long john type clothes that all have this technology. Eugene can get really cold in the wintertime, so it’s definitely something to look into.

The second online store is Lulu’s. This store is awesome to get cute dress, tops, and shoes. I bought a few dresses from this store and all fit true to size. In the description of each item, they include the measurements and what size the model wears; for shoes, they include if it fits true to size. These little comments on the clothes are a major plus to buying anything online, especially cute clothes. One unique thing about Lulu’s is they have a vegan option for shoes!

The third online store is ASOS. This is a great store to find fashion-forward clothes. They are a UK brand for many customers: fashion-forward men, the chic mom to be, and clothes tailored specifically for the petites out there! They offer standard free shipping and $10 off when you sign up for their newsletter. One thing I love about this online store is they provide a video with each article of clothing of the model walking the runway wearing it. It is extremely helpful because sometimes, you don’t know if a dress or a pair of pants will move the way you want it.

The fourth online store is Tobi. Out of all the other places, this store has probably the most unique articles of clothing. They are known for marking down their new items of the day. So, if you see something that you love in their new section, you might want to consider buying it!
