On Thursday, November 14th we partnered with S.H.I.F.T to promote sustainablility and educate students on The Clean Water Action.
Our chapter feels that it is important to reduce the amount of plastic we use daily to help our environment and we wanted to make this as easy as possible for students to do so. We purchased resuable water bottles that each person that attended could paint and decrorate it in any way they would like!
We are so excited about how successful the event was and that we were able to educate people about the organization that S.H.I.F.T is supporting and the benefits of using a reusable bottle.We are thinking of more ways in which we can help the environment and support sustainability as well as other clubs on campus throughout this year.
