Vanessa Hudgens just released new music, what!? And guess what, we’re living for it. For this song she’s working with the band Phantoms and it’s called “Lay With Me” so you may ask, why are you living for this? Why I am living for this song along so many others who grew up with High School Musical is because she references this through the music video.
So who are these Phantoms she’s performing with? No pun intended.
If you were unaware of them before Vanessa Hudgen’s pairing with them like us then here’s some facts about this Electronic Duo. They were fans of classic rock like Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. They started a garage band before learning electronic music and then launched in March 2017 – pretty impressive they’ve worked with Hudgens even though they’re so new. So, now they’ve caught our eye. I hope we will be seeing much more of their work soon.
So back to Hudgen’s and if you’re like me and obsessively been watching Clever News, reading Seventeen as they talk about it then you probably know all the deets. But why we’re obsessed with this is because it’s been way too long since we’ve seen something big from Vanessa. I’m excited to see if she does more music after this, I sure hope so! Maybe more pairings with the Phantoms – at least, we can hope.
