1. Prince is not a stage name!

His real name is Prince Rogers Nelson. He was named after His father’s Jazz band the Prince Roger Trio. 

2. He joined a band at the age of 14 called Champagne.

 The band was first know as Grand Central and later on changed to Champagne.

3. Prince made approximately 43 albums!

4. In 1983 he danced with Michael Jackson and James brown!

5. He was the electric guitarist in Madonna’s “Like a Prayer.”
