Finals week is right around the corner, and if you’re like me, you’re already stressing out. So that is why I came up with some tips to help make finals week just a little bit easier. Hope these tips help!

1.    Establish a Study Schedule

Even if you aren’t a person who constantly follows a schedule, making one to get ready for finals week is super helpful. Whether it just includes when your finals are and what days you have to study for what, making a study schedule and sticking to it will help you keep yourself calm and your finals week running smoothly.

2.    Find a Study Space

Study spaces can make or break your studying. Finding the best study spot for your study style will help make you more productive. Whether you like noisy coffee shops or quiet libraries, picking the perfect one will help make your studying so much easier.

3.    Keep Your Body Healthy

Even though we are constantly busy during finals week, working out and eating healthy will help give you so much more energy as well as keep you focused. Just going on a fifteen minute run will keep you motivated throughout your finals, and eating healthy will keep your mind focused. Also, make sure to get enough sleep during finals week. Sleep keeps your mind active as well as prevents you from falling asleep during your finals!

4.    Take a Break

Make sure to take time out of your day to take some time for yourself! Take study breaks to keep yourself alert and focused. Whether it be taking a small walk or watching some TV, a break will keep you on your toes and give you enough energy to continue studying!
