Spring Break is approaching quickly! And it is crunch time to plan your spring break. Where should we go? Where will we have the most fun? Is it safe? These are a few questions that many students, like myself, all have regarding spring break. And I have just a few suggestions that will make your spring break one of the best!
- South Padre, Texas- If you don’t want to go too far and spend a ton of money this spring break, then South padre is the place to be. They have many attractions that include kite boarding, whaling wall, schliterbahn water park, island equestrian center and Queen Isabella Fishing Pier just to name a few. Very inexpensive and it is a guaranteed great time.
- Panama City Beach, Florida- From Pirate Ships, go carts and giant slingshots, there are so many things to do in Panama City Beach, Florida. Whether you are interested in playing mini golf or seeing some of the neat exhibits at Ripley’s Believe It or Not. Panama has it all. This is another reasonably priced vacation that is within driving distance.
- Las Vegas, Nevada- Now if you are of age, then Las Vegas is the place for you. Between the various casinos, museums, the beautifully designed hotels, and just all around sightseeing, Las Vegas has a lot of great attractions. Probably the best experience for adults 21 or over. It will be a little more expensive than the other options, but it will be worth it!
- Miami, Florida- Beautiful water and beautiful people is what Miami is all about. It is always a good thing to step out of the box and try something new. Dine in at some classic Miami restaurants, party like there is no tomorrow at the carnaval Miami and possibly bump in to a celebrity or two while you are there.
- If a far destination vacation is not something you are interested in, then you could always consider smaller cities still equipped with some great attractions. San Antonio, Dallas, New Orleans, Houston and many more are very inexpensive and definitely show you a great time.
