Giving yourself a facial is fun and relaxing. Sitting back and relaxing for 15-20 minutes waiting for your mask to dry is a great way to destress. You’ll feel fresh once you take it off and your skin will feel great and look awesome.
2. Excercise
Take a quick jog around the block, walk around your dorm, or take a walk to your favorite dinning place on campus. Getting out of your room to take a break from studying will help clear your mind.
3. Dance Party
Get up and get moving! Turn on your favorite music and dance around and get moving for a little while. Get your blood flowing and rev up your evergy level during your 10 minute study breaks!
4. Take a Shower
Sometimes just taking a hot shower is all you need to wash away your negative thoughts and feel better about the tasks at hand.

Having positive affirmations and words around you will help you keep positive thoughts while studying.
