Finally us OK State students have a break from the stress of everyday college life!
But beware fellow spring breakers there are some habits us OSU students can’t get rid of,
and here are 5 Things That Happen When OK State Students Go Away for SPRING BREAK!
1. Orange goes with everything right?
Let’s admit it, as a Oklahoma State student, orange items make up 50% of the clothing that we have.
So it has to be acceptable to pair it with every tank and swimsuit we have right?
And trust me during Spring Break us OK State students have to show these other colleges which orange is the brightest!
2. Taking the nearest parking spot
Here at OSU, our “parking police” like to ticket us for everything.
You parked too close to the staff parking, and you have a $50 fine coming your way. So forgive us if we run you over trying to get a good parking spot.
For once we won’t get fined for parking somewhere decent.
3. Speed walking everywhere!
10 minutes is all we have here at Oklahoma State.
10 mintues to get to class, try to get breakfast, and if you forgot to print our your research paper you better hope you have enough time to head by the library.
So if you see a bunch of students rushing down the street to get to their destinations, they are most likely from Oklahoma State.
4. Fist Pumping? PUT YOUR GUNS UP!
GUNS! GUNS! EVERYWHERE!
Whether we are eating, dancing, or sleeping, best believe you will see us throwing our guns up!
It’s called Orange Power, and we just can’t get ride of it!
5. All We Do Is WIN
Oklahoma State is known for our legendary chant to T-Pain’s famous song All We Do Is Win!
If this song comes on anytime during spring break, you will see hands go up and down, and hear “O – S – U” where it doesn’t usually go.
