Located on the Santa Monica Boulevard, this event attracts everyone from the young to the old and features some of California’s most creative and outrageous costumes.

In a country famed for single-handedly introducing the world to Cosplay (costume play) there is no doubt that Japan is a front-runner in terms of Halloween dress-up.
