We all know the phrase: “Dress well, test well.” Some subscribe to it, and some prefer to take their exams in comfy sweats. Personally, I think putting your best foot forward on exam days puts you in the best mindset to do well. With that, I’ve come up with a few ways to test in style (and comfort) next week.

Warm vests are a staple of a college girl’s wardrobe, and a way to update that look for winter as well as to stay extra cozy when studying and testing is to pick a faux fur option. These vests are soft, cozy, and are right on trend for this season.

As shown above, flannels and sweaters make fantastic layering pieces, and look great on their own. Flannels give your outfit a laid-back, yet put-together vibe, and the material makes them much more comfortable than a typical button down. Sweaters and turtlenecks are a great alternative to sweatshirts. A soft, loose sweater is just as cozy as any sweatshirt! Worn with a statement necklace, you’ll be the most together girl in the classroom.

Of course, leggings are a finals week staple! However, instead of leggings with the typical thin stretchy material, I like to wear J Crew pixie pants. They fit like leggings and are just as comfortable, but look a little more like traditional pants.

To finish off any polished and comfortable look, stick to simple accessories. This earring set is quirky and fun while being subtle, and a watch is a great accent piece while also being useful for keeping track of time during the exam.

Good luck on finals, ladies! We’re almost there!
