One of my favorite parts of the holiday season has got to be the fashion.  I can’t think of another time when it’s acceptable for me to wear sweater leggings in crazy prints or ugly oversized sweaters (both of which are secretly super comfortable).  In honor of my love for holiday fashion, I’ve put together a little guide to help you decide what to wear during all your holiday activities!

Dinner

If your family’s Christmas dinner is more on the formal end, this is a great excuse other than an interview to break out that fun blazer you have hiding in the back of your closet.  If that’s not your style, recycle one of those dresses you only wore once to a formal and show it off to the fam.  Otherwise, if you do a more casual Christmas dinner, keep things simple with a sweater and a sparkly statement necklace.

Lounging at Home

One of my favorite winter break activities is to curl up by the fire with my puppy and relax. It’s also the perfect time to break out those awful sweater leggings that, despite being such an obnoxious print, are extremely comfortable.  I wear mine with an oversized sweater and wool socks.

Christmas Morning

A cute outfit to wear while opening presents on Christmas morning is a must! There will definitely be photographic evidence of these moments so make sure you look your best despite having just woken up. Comfy slippers and a warm robe over some cute PJ’s like these will make sure you don’t have to worry about dad snapping an unflattering picture while you open his present.

Shopping for Presents

Channel your inner Blair Waldorf and stay warm while running to your car in a trendy coat.  Don’t forget your boots and a fun hat too!
