Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, is currently under fire for his controversial discriminatory statements. He made clear to our nation, earlier this week, that he feels that Muslim’s should not be allowed to enter our country at all. This created an uproar of questions and statements degrading his opinion.
This week Trump also stated in an interview with Barbara Walters, that he truly believes that Muslim’s should be banned in order to make sure ISIS does not make its way to the US. Although he had multiple chances to alter his statement, he simply chose to defend it pridefully. He also made the following controversial statement on Facebook:
Surprisingly, the statements Trump has made recently are aiding him in the polls. More than half of the GOP Primary Voters are in favor of his decision. Some are even more likely to vote for him just because he has considered banning Muslims.
