Weighing in with Elizabeth: SELF & Her Campus “Lose the Freshman 15!”

Just a quick update from me this week—I’ve been blogging like crazy on HC for a few days now as I follow the SELF Jump Start diet and exercise plan. So far, I am crazy about it! I love love love having new workouts. I didn’t realize how much of a rut I was in. I haven’t been on the elliptical in a week… I feel so free! (Annnnd I sound like a dork!)

Brutal (in a good way). 

The biggest challenge has been trying to incorporate the meal plans into my dining hall life. I know how to follow Weight Watchers in the d-hall, but I don’t know how to follow this plan yet. I can’t cook, so I can’t follow a recipe… but I can improvise. I’m gettin’ creative. Check back every day on the main Her Campus page to read about my attempts, and as ever, follow me on Twittah! And if you couldn’t tell, my advice for the week is to join the SELF Jump Start diet online and do it with me! Give me tips and we can figure it out together!
