I’m that type of person who would rather follow an animal account than a celebrity’s (though I do follow a couple celebrities’ dog’s accounts). Cute puppies prouncing around bring me so much more joy than seeing celebrities in glammed out dresses that cost a quarter’s worth of tuition. In fact, I counted 37 animal Instagram accounts that I follow. After a long day, it’s nice to scroll through your Instagram and see pictures of curled up kittens or chubby little hamsters rather than homogenous photos of your friends’ starbucks drinks or sunsets.
