Dislikes: Spinach. I hate milk. That’s like my biggest dislike. The Boston Red Sox, wearing three quarter length t-shirts.
What are you involved in on campus? Northwestern university Dance Marathon- I have been involved with that since I was a freshman. I started working on the productions committee and am now an executive co-chair. I’m also involved in the Interfraternity Council. I am the Vice President of Standards- I am in charge of the judicial aspects of the Greek community. I am involved with Sigma Chi. I was the president last year and before that I was in charge of PR and then Information technologies. And I’m also a PWild counselor.
What is your favorite thing that you are involved in?All of them. I get different things out of all of the activities that I’m involved in.
What do you want to do after graduation?
I’m going to thank my parents for getting me through 4 years of college, that’s definitely the first thing. And then I’m hoping to work in either government or politics and also in youth development and leadership development, whether that’s working in community organizing, working at a summer camp or working for my national fraternity headquarters.
What is your idea of a perfect date?
My perfect date… I think it would have to start with a nice dinner or something enjoyable and then sort of going on a walk and just exploring and finding exciting things wherever we are and getting the most out of where we are, whether it’s Evanston or New York. Getting the most out of the culture and vibrancy of the environment we’re in.
What do you find most attractive in a girl?Â
Someone who is able to hold a decent conversation. I like a girl who is accepting and understands the things I believe in them, but doesn’t necessarily believe what I do but challenges what me and makes me consider my beliefs. Being able to talk openly with them is important.
How would you describe your personality?
[Joking] Boring’s the only word that comes to mind right now. No, I’m very involved. I like immersing myself in the communities I’m involved in. I believe in taking an opportunity and making the most out of it. I believe very strongly in the idea that when you do something you get out of it what you put into it and that’s how I live my life.
