Wendy Le is a hilarious makeup artist who also uploads funny meme-like videos on her Instagram page. Half the time, she’s cracking jokes with her hair up in a messy bun and without a drop of makeup on her face. The other half of the time, however, she’s slaying it with fierce color contacts and voluminous fake eyelashes.
