Winter is coming and so are the never ending colds and flus. My favorite way to protect myself from any Northwestern plague is starting my morning with a cold glass of Emergen-C. The powdered Vitamin C supplement is the most accessible, preventative measure from getting sick. They come in a variety of fruit tastes to add a touch of sweetness. Luckily for you, we ranked some of the most popular flavors:

6. Triple Berry Blast

Just one whiff of this flavor is enough to stop you from drinking it. The smell and taste is far too artificial to actually enjoy. Three different types of berries might be a little too much.

5. Raspberry

So they took out two of the berry flavors, and the result is still not good. The raspberry is far too sweet and taste more like medicine. Definitely not the most refreshing Emergen-C flavor.

4. Cranberry-pomegranate

Cranberry-pomegranate is surprisingly fresh and tasty, yet the flavor is far too mild for it to be memorable. While palatable, this flavor is definitely not meant for the top of the list.

3. Tangerine

This flavor tastes the most like its namesake. Seriously, it actually taste like tangerines. It is a fresh, fruity dose of Vitamin C.

2. Super Orange

The super orange truly is “super.” We all know that oranges are a classic source of Vitamin C, so it is no surprise that this flavor reigns supreme.

1. Pink Lemonade

The pink lemonade is the perfect mix or tangy and sweet. It tastes like Crystal Light, if Crystal Light actually boost your immune system. Who knew staying healthy could be so easy?
