When my roommates leave dirty dishes in the sink for a long time. The landlord gods blessed us with a dishwasher, we might as well use it.
Guilty Pleasures:
Video games and The Whitest Kids U’Know. I love Portal 2 and I play Borderlands 2 and Battlefield 3 online with my younger brother all the time. If you haven’t heard of The Whitest Kids U’Know definitely look them up, they’re like a millennial Monty Python and they’re hilarious.
What are you involved with on campus?
I’m the Business Manager for X-Factors A Cappella and I co-founded Northwestern Comedy Forum my sophomore year. I’m also the theater department videographer, so I make promo videos for all the productions. I film a lot of student theater on campus too which I love because not only do I get to see a lot of great theater as part of my job, but I get to make DVDs of shows for students to be able to show their families. There’s so much great theater happening at Northwestern and I like that I can be a part of documenting and preserving it.
What attracts you to a person?
I’m really attracted to confidence and a sense of humor. I love when I meet someone who I feel like I can relax and joke around with.
Idea of a perfect first date?
Drinks and chips at the Celtic Knot. It’s easily my favorite place in Evanston to unwind.
Do you have a signature dance move?
Of course! It’s too complex to explain but… you know it when you see it.
What are your post-grad plans?
I’m going to pursue acting and stand-up comedy in New York or Chicago.
