Things I’d Put on My Christmas List if I Didn’t Already Own Them

Christmas is just around the corner, which means it is time to feed into consumerism and do some last-minute gift shopping. Every year, my family asks me what I want for Christmas, and every year I say, “I don’t know, I don’t really need anything.” Technically, that is true. I don’t need anything, but there are plenty of things that I want, and I am sure many people can relate. Over time, I have collected lots of great items, so here are a few final gifts to add to your list if you’re still scrambling for ideas.

This style is called Kyle, and I have it in the small size. It is perfect, not too big and not too small. It comfortably fits all of the necessities, including a small wallet, phone, keys and a portable charger. Not to mention, the design is so chic and instantly elevates your whole outfit. This bag deserves to be a part of everyone’s capsule wardrobe.

The fit of this sweatshirt is absolutely perfect. It is loose without looking slouchy, meaning it can be dressed up with a pair of jeans. I sized down one size so it sits right at my hips. We all know that Aritzia’s loungewear is unmatched, and this sweatshirt will not disappoint.

This lip mask is incredible. My lips tend to get dry throughout the day, especially as the weather gets colder, so applying this mask right before bed has become a nonnegotiable part of my routine. The lip mask also comes with Tatcha’s iconic applicator to make the experience feel even more luxurious.

I was torn on whether or not I should purchase this vest, or any of Aritzia’s Polartec items for that matter, but I am so glad that I did. It is surprisingly warm and thick, and the vintage navy color is perfect. It is a great piece for layering under a jacket.

Ever since moving to college, sleeping has been a little rough for me. I often feel anxious and stressed about assignments or exams, so I never go to bed in a calm state of mind. This weighted sleep mask rests over the eyes and has been a game changer. There’s an option to secure it in the back so it wraps around the head, but laying it across my face works well for me. My sleep has improved tremendously since purchasing this item, and everyone needs to experience the magic of this sleep mask.

I cannot recommend this product enough! It is especially useful for people who fly through books like I do, since a whole library is right at your fingertips. I have particularly enjoyed using my Kindle while traveling because the battery life is incredible. Forget diamonds, a Kindle is a girl’s best friend.

This bag is great for everything, and I take it everywhere I go. I have the medium size, but it’s very spacious; even my water bottle fits inside. The best part is that it is made of nylon, so it is weatherproof.

This is hands down one of the best sweatshirts I own. I was initially a little skeptical of the mockneck style, but now I’m wondering where it’s been all my life. It is a little pricey, but considering the quality, it is 100% worth it. I chose the plain navy blue color, and I’ve been wearing it with everything since I bought it. Trust me, Chelsea Parke knows sweatshirts.

This is the first and last dry shampoo I will ever buy. I have never been interested in aerosol spray dry shampoos because of their poor reputation, but then this brand popped up on my TikTok, and I was immediately intrigued. The application process is super simple: Just brush it into your hair and the powder instantly absorbs all the grease. I have been using this product for a few years now, and it really is amazing. It is on the pricier side, so it is a great holiday wish list item!

  • Any piece of jewelry from Gorjana

Gorjana is the best jewelry store I have tried. They have so many beautiful items to choose from. I have accumulated too many pieces from them, but they have all lasted me years. Their warranty policy even guarantees that if any jewelry tarnishes or breaks, they’ll replace it, no questions asked. I have converted all my friends and family to Gorjana, so now I am converting you.

Of course, I have many other great gift suggestions, but I will leave you with these for now. I hope this list helped give you some last-minute inspiration for what you “need” this Christmas. Now, someone needs to make one of these lists for me. Happy Holidays!
