What is your favorite thing about going to Northeastern?
I can easily say it’s the co-op program that makes Northeastern an outstanding university, since it is giving me an edge in my career that so many other college students are without. Though aside from academics what I really love about Northeastern is the local atmosphere; how you are in this great university full of clubs and campus doings and friends to spend time with, all within a walking distance of some of the coolest places to be around Boston; a city you get to share with tons of other like-minded college kids

Where can you be found on a Saturday night? I’m almost always in Boston on a Saturday night, just where in Boston is the tricky part. I never end up having the exact same Saturday; I could be at one friend’s house one weekend, or at a party somewhere down Mass ave or in Mission Hill, or maybe even a club every once in a while; though I am never hard to reach so give me a text and I promise I’ll be around

Where would you take a girl on a first date? Boston is filled with great places to take a girl. I really like the kind of traditional dates–picking her up for a dinner (or late lunch), then to a Red Sox game, movies, walk through Boston Commons, Charles river, the Aquarium, North end, you name it. Though honestly when it comes down to it, whether we are out on a night on the town or curled up on the couch watching Netflix; it doesn’t matter what we do when I’m next to the girl I want to be with

What kind of qualities do you look for in a girl? I love being around a girl with a spontaneous, down for anything kind of attitude. It’s sexy if she has the confidence to break out of her comfort zone and the motivation to experience something or go somewhere she’s never been before. If she is very easy going and super friendly– not only to me, but everyone around her–that is a huge plus too. It makes me feel like I can introduce her to any and everyone I know or run into, and be comfortable knowing she will probably hit it off with them better than I did. Like a girl I can really take home to my parents, kind of thing

Who is your role model? There are a lot of great individuals, both fictional and real, that I aspire to be like. Nick Naylor, in Thank You For Smoking, for his incredible wit and use of rhetoric; Jack LaLanne, who had an incredible passion for healthy living and exercise, and went at great lengths to promote a physical culture and nutrition for anyone motivated to live a healthy lifestyle; and Warren Buffett, who started his multibillion-dollar asset base with savings from a job as a paper boy. Not only has Buffett shown that investing your money rather than spending it leads to a better life down the road, he also lives a surprisingly simple life for a multi-billionaire. He still lives in a quaint, five-bedroom stucco house in Omaha he bought in 1957. Living with complete financial security for a fun and well-rounded life for me and my family is what I dream of

Where do you see yourself in five years? I want to be extremely successful in the business and financial world. There is this theory on The Laws of Attraction; that if you visualize what you want, then you send out those vibes and you will ultimately accomplish your goals. I always imagine myself in working at a fortune 500 company, either climbing the corporate ladder or heading off my own business. I want to use my ability as an engineer to make an impact on the technological world, but more general than that, I just want to be really good at what I do
