What do you love about Her Campus?
I value the friendships that I have made with the girls in the Northeastern chapter. My writing skills and editing skills have developed while being a writer and an editor for the chapter.
What are you involved with outside Her Campus?
I am a marketing director for the Entrepreneurs Club, and I will be a director for the Husky Startup Challenge in the spring. I am also a setter on the club volleyball team.
Where is your favorite place to study?
Most of my classes are writing intensive, so I have more essays instead of tests. I write better at night, so I would say that I write best in my own room.
Where is your dream travel destination?
I have always wanted to go to Tokyo. It just seems like an entirely different world there, so I am definitely going to visit Tokyo at some point in my life.
What advice would you give your freshman self?
I would tell myself to relax and not to stress out about not being perfect. I think it is important to realize early on that your grades are not the only thing that define you while you are building your career. I would tell myself to skip an assignment and go have some fun.
