Boston’s Best Summer Restaurants

South End – Precinct Kitchen + Bar

Precinct Kitchen + Bar is attached to the Loews Boston Hotel and is nestled in the first floor of the old Boston Police Headquarters building. They have a wonderful patio open for the spring and summer, complete with fairy lights and beautiful flowers. As far as the food goes, they specialize in American classics with a youthful twist. Try the precinct nachos and the incredible charcuterie board to start, and make sure try one of their lobster rolls – New England’s favorite summer food!                                                                                                    Courtesy of TripAdvisor

Fenway – Sweet Cheeks Q

For something a little more casual, check out Sweet Cheeks Q on Boylston St. for insanely good barbecue and a relaxed environment. They take their craft seriously here, and are serving up some of the best southern-style barbecue in New England. Enjoy their St. Louis pork ribs with a side of their decadent mac n’ cheese at one of the tables outside for a perfect summer lunch or dinner.

Enjoy regional creations like the New England Bouillabaisse or comfort food like their chicken & waffles (which they serve at dinner, too!). Bonus points for joining them for brunch on Waffle Sundays, when you can customize a Belgian waffle with endless toppings, from fresh fruit to all your favorite candies!
