When You Don’t Have A Halloween Costume On The Last Week Of October

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at New Paltz chapter.

October has been a stressful month. Midterms have hit you hard, and you finally have a bit of time to relax.

But then you realize it’s the last week of October! Halloween is a couple of days away!

So you rush to text your friends and ask them what they’re doing for their costumes.

They must have a group costume planned out that you can hop onto.

But it turns out you’re too late.

Why can’t there be a fourth musketeer this year?

So now you have to scramble to find a quick DIY costume…

But you realize that it’ll take so much time to make one, so you decide to go to a costume shop.

But everything is sold out.

So you either give up and decide, “I’ll just wear a sheet this year…again,”

….or you find the perfect outfit idea out of your own closet.

“Watch out Martha Stewart, I got this!”

Either way, it doesn’t matter what costume you have this year, what matters is that you have the right friends to spend it with!

Happy Halloween!
