So last week’s tip was all about taking time for yourself but this week my tip for you is about the opposite because everyone needs a balance in their life. It is important, especially why you’re in college, to have people you can share moments with. Everyone knows that there is some crazy *beep* that happens in college so find a good group of people to be around.

This campus is so big so to think that you’re going to hang out with everyone is just plain stupid. My advice to you is to focus on the quality and not quantity of friends. If you’re like most students, your family and high school friends are not here so you depend on friends a lot more than you ever did. I don’t know about you but I want to know that my friends have my back so examine your group and ask yourself “If I was in trouble, would they help me”. If the answer is yes… well congrats my friend you’ve got yourself a winner!
