This song/dance craze is by Korean rapper and singer PSY and has almost 200,000,000 views on YouTube!! Gangnam Style refers to the Gangnam district in Seoul, Korea that PSY has compared to Beverly Hills, California. Released on July 15,2012 it was mainly known to fans of KPop (Korean Pop), but it soon became an international hit. It’s been taking over the world with the catchy song and fun, ridiculous dance moves! He’s been on Good Morning America, The Today Show, The Ellen Show, Saturday Night Live and more performing this song and teaching everybody the Gangnam Style dance. Also check out the many parodies on YouTube for laughs.
I just cannot get this song out of my head! It’s so silly and awesome I felt the need to share this on here to anyone who hasn’t joined the Gangnam Style craze! So watch and enjoy :)
