Her Campus NCSU’s Editor-in-Chief and Campus Correspondent lives in – and contributes to – this ongoing dorm disaster. It’s just another day in the life of these NCSU Collegiettes™. Rolling out of bed – without crushing an important item that was thrown on the floor the night before – seems to be one of the hardest parts of our day. Makeup is applied, hair is slightly tousled, and our shoes are whichever ones were within reach from the overturned chair beneath the crowded desk of post-it notes, photos, shot glasses and highlighters. Kristie Demers and roommate Emily Matthews may not have it all together, but they know that they are lucky to be Collegiettes™ at NCSU, and together, they have it all. . .including this disaster.
