Olivia Wilde’s long-awaited star-studded movie, Don’t Worry Darling, saw immediate success in the box office even after the drama-filled history. The film was put on display at Venice Film Festival, where it received a 5-minute standing ovation. To most people that sounds amazing, but to film critics everywhere it sounded like a death sentence before it even hit local theaters. As she digs for the information she starts to question why she is there to begin with.
The movies star Florence Pugh had not been very vocal about the project along with her costar Harry Styles (which is not very surprising). With the silence becoming deafening on Pugh’s end, it left a bad taste in viewers’ mouths for what was to come.
