Dogs are amazing and they know how to put a smile on your face! Therapy Dogs is a popular Stress Relief Week event because you can come at anytime and sit with a variety of dogs. Some like to play, some just prefer belly rubs, but at the end of the day they want to make you feel at ease.
- Want to pamper yourself? Come get an all natural facial.
Spa Night is another popular event. The event consists of putting on all natural face masks such as a Greek yoghurt and oatmeal mask or a brown sugar and honey hand scrub. They also have snacks and refreshments!
- Really tense? Get a free massage!
That’s right! Two days out of the week there will be free massages! Be sure to be there earlier to sign up for a 10-minute time slot. At the end you’ll feel like a new person.
- Feeling crafty? Make a glitter jar!
Glitter jars are a great stress reliever! This program incorporates glitter into mason jars to make your own glitter snow globe. Once you shake it, watch the glitter specks fall and you will feel calm.
- Free breakfast at midnight? Count us in!
The Sunday before finals week starts there is a midnight brunch in the cafeteria. Get your breakfast food cravings satisfied with pancakes, hash browns and so much more! Who would complain about eating all the food they want for free?
