Whether you’re single or have a significant other, it’s always a fun time to hang with your best gals for a Galentine’s celebration. My favorite idea is having a brunch because it’s easy and fun to do, even in a dorm room.

1.     Send cute invites to your besties. There are so many to choose from online or make your own.

2.     Decorate your dorm room with heart shaped things. Construction paper and string are your best friends for planning a party on a college student’s budget.

3.     Make some drinks. Mimosas and sangria are the way to go! Here’s a recipe for some pink strawberry sangrias.

4.     Get some bagels and fruit. You can even get creative and cut them into hearts.

5.     Play some tunes about women empowerment *cough* Beyoncé *cough*

6.     And most importantly have fun with your friends.
