How To Get Rid of The Post-Spring Break Blues

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at MTSU chapter.

Spring Break may only be a week long, but getting back into the groove of work, school and organizations can be stressful AF. No need to worry – it’s easy to get yourself back on track.

1.Make lists of what you need to do and when

Making a clear plan of what you need to get done, when certain projects are due, and goals for the week/month can help you remember what needs to be done and figure out what you need to do so you don’t get too stressed over what’s happening.

2. Go to tutoring/study groups

If you’re finding yourself falling behind in your classes, it’s not the end of the world. Most, if not all campuses have tutoring sessions for all different majors with tutors that can help you understand the material better. Also don’t be afraid to start a study group if you know anyone in your class! Study groups can be a fun and productive way to learn the material with your friends.

3. Don’t overwork yourself

One of the most important things is to know your limits and don’t overwork yourself. Your sanity and happiness should be your top priority. Remember to take time to relax every day! Scheduled personal time is essential to keeping yourself sane and making sure you don’t overdo it.
