In honor of turning 21 this week, here is a list of my favorite mocktails.

Shirley Temple 

  • Sprite or ginger Ale
  • 1 shot of grenadine
  • ½ shot of lime juice
  • Cherries 

-Add the grenadine, lime juice, and sprite to a glass then mix together, top with a few cherries 

Blueberry Faux Mojito

  • Blueberries
  • Mint leaves
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Honey 
  • Light ice
  • Sparkling water 

-Mash the blueberries with lime juice and mint leaves 

-Add ice and sparkling water

Raspberry Lemonade 

  • Raspberries 
  • 1 lemon 
  • 1 shot of simple syrup 
  • Sparkling water

-Mash the raspberries in the glass

-Add a slice of lemon

-Add ice 

-Add the juice from the lemon and simple syrup

-Add your desired amount of sparkling water

Lavender Fizz

  • Lavender syrup
  • 2 shots of lemon juice 
  • Sprite

-Add everything to a shaker over ice

-Shake up them and pour them into your favorite glass (I love using a flute glass for this one)

-Garnishing with a lemon slice

Bellini

  • 2 shots of peach juice
  • Sparkling cider

-Add everything to the glass and mix 

Strawberry Shrub

  • ½ pound /chopped strawberries 
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Sparkling water

-Mix the chopped strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let that sit overnight

-After 24 hours, strain the mixture into a bowl 

-Add the apple cider vinegar to the liquid mixture

-Add sparkling water to a glass

-Add 2 tablespoons of the mix to the glass
