5 Things Seniors Know To Be True

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at MSU chapter.

1. Everyone on campus looks significantly younger now.

I’m not quite sure what it is, but it looks like all of the new faces on campus are so young and cherubic. Are they actually enrolled as college students?! Just asking for a friend here.

2. What classes am I taking again?

I certainly don’t remember all the classes I enrolled in, let alone the time and locations of my classes on the first day. Don’t ask me where my first  class is when the semester starts, because I most likely haven’t checked on that yet.

3. Back to school shopping is skipped this year.

Back to school supplies…oh, you mean last year’s notebook and a pen I found on the floor? Perfect, that will work.

4. First day of class outfit = first clothes I see in my closet.

Ah, remember the days freshman year when we scavenged our closets for the best casual-but-cute outfit to class? I honestly can’t remember, that’s why I’m asking.

5. Either cheering or crying once you’ve officially applied to graduation.

For some of us, officially applying for graduation will ensue an encroaching sense of fear for the adulthood coming upon us, or a cheer of relief for being close to the finish line. Either way: it’s emotional stuff.
