5 Lazy AF Recipes

I love cooking- don’t get me wrong. But sometimes when it comes time to ACTUALLY cook, I just don’t want to. That’s why I compiled this list of my 5 go-to meals when I want to eat (fairly) healthy and would rather not spend money eating out! These will have you in & out of the kitchen in no time and require little effort. Enjoy!

1. Garlic Parmesan Angel Hair Pasta (or whatever kind is in your cabinet, really)

This is so quick and easy that my 13-year-old sister could do it, and even she has failed at making ramen before. It is super delicious and there is a high chance you already have everything you need!

2. Spaghetti

I feel like this one is very basic & easy. Throw your meat of choice (or not) into a skillet, add your favorite sauce, and toss it on some noodles. So many variations but here is a guideline in case you need it!

3. Chili

Chili is fun because it’s so low effort and you feel like a chef after! This is something that you could easily throw all of your ingredients in a pot & forget about it until it’s ready. Love that for us lazy people.

4. Vegetable Soup

You thought cooking couldn’t get any lazier- catch this. Maximum lazy is buying the frozen assorted veggies, adding stock, and letting it chill on the stove while it heats up. But here’s a solid recipe if you want to try a ~little~.

5. Fried Rice

Okay- this might not seem “lazy,” but it takes less than 10 minutes. I make it super quick with microwavable rice and frozen veggies – then proceed back to Netflix. This is a super good basic recipe that you can adjust to your likings!
