Anyone who knows me knows that by this point in the fall, I am completely losing my sh*t.

Opalescent/ Holographic Makeup
There’s no denying that one of the biggest trends taking over Instagram over the past few months has been the holographic trend. With chrome nails, duo-chrome shadows and all things highlight, opalescent makeup is the perfect blend among the three. With guys and gals in the beauty community feeling extra daring with Halloween approaching, it’s no surprise that everyone is glowing this month.

Everyone knows that using too much glitter is f*cking tacky. Glitter detail however? It’s October’s hottest trend! As liner, lips or inner eye highlight, a glitter detail can take any look from a 3/10 to a WOW THOSE MAKEUP SKILLS/10. Be careful to use glitter sparingly as overuse can come off alarming (unless you’re looking to sparkle like a diamond, then you do you boo-boo, you do you).
