HCM: What made you interested in attending Montclair, and what’s your favorite part about this school?
RR: I grew up in the town of Montclair, so the campus was always right up the street. It was an easy commute for me. My favorite part of the school is meeting people from all over the state.
HCM: What’s your favorite part of the Broadcasting major?
RR: We can go into any part of Broadcasting. If you like behind the scenes – there’s a place for that. If you like being in front of the camera – there’s a job for that. It’s not just one-dimensional – you can see all aspects of the broadcasting business.
HCM: Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
RR: Anchoring the 6 p.m. news on Channel 7.
HCM: What other activities are you involved in on campus?RR: I’m the Assistant Sports Editor/Writer for The Montclarion, and I occasionally moonlight on the radio station – WMSC.
HCM: What’s the biggest thing you look for in a girl?RR: A girl with a nice smile – it’s the first thing I notice.
HCM: What’s a major turn off for you?
RR: Smoking.
HCM: What would your ideal date consist of?
RR: Going mini golfing and a nice dinner afterwards – a simple date.
HCM: Name one guilty pleasure you have.
RR: Reality TV. And candy
HCM: What’s a major misconception girls have about guys?
RR: Knowing what they want, especially when they’re being indecisive.
