Even though it is only October 2nd, we all know that October really means Halloween and with Halloween, we are ready for all things haunted, spooky and scary. Our chapter compiled a list of our top spooky activities to do.

1. Ghost Walking Tour

Mentioned in our top fall activities article as well, but now that it is October there is definitely more ghost related activities that seem to be popping up. Place have ghost walking tours through graveyards, haunted hayrides and just regular tours where you will hear the scariest ghost stories that you most likely did not hear at your girl scout troop bonfire when you were 8.

2. Making Jack-o-lanterns

One of the less scary options to do this season, but depending on your skill with a carving knife, you could probably create a pretty scary pumpkin face. Put a candle inside and call it a day with your super spooky jack o lantern.

4. Ouija Board

If you are feeling really in touch with your spiritual side, get yourself a Ouija board and start asking the questions. Who knows if they actually work, but everyone who has done them has an interesting time to say the least, but it makes for the best Halloween activity.

5. Ghost Hunting

Instead of watching ghost hunting on TV, you yourself can become a real ghost hunter. There seems to be a couple apps out there where you can ghost hunt from your phone. Who knows how accurate they actually are, but it still is a fun activity on a stormy day.
