What are you involved in on campus? “I’m a RA in the Residence Halls, Vice President of ASL Club, Student Ambassador, Social Media Ambassador (I control the Molloy College Instagram), Student Activities Coordinator of MSG and I’m part of MPAC.”
What is your role in MSG? “As Student Activities Coordinator, I take care of our 50+ clubs on campus as well as help foster new or reactivated clubs. I always say I’m the mom of the clubs, I make sure they do everything they’re asked and help them if they have any issues. I love it!”
What is #Ellen2Molloy? Can you tell us about it? “#Ellen2Molloy is our hashtag that we made in attempts to get Ellen DeGeneres’s attention and the ultimate goal is to have Ellen come visit Molloy! We have a cardboard cut out that we bring to events, we let people take pictures with her or of her so they can post it on social media while using the hashtag so she can see how much fun she could have if she visits Molloy! So if you see her around make sure you take a picture of her, otherwise cardboard Ellen hangs out in my room :)”
What fun events does MSG have planned for the spring semester? “MSG has a ton of fun events planned for the student body in the Spring Semester. Of course we have our huge annual events like Stuff-A-Bear, the Fashion Show, End of Year BBQ and Mary E. Lilly Night. Plus we have some very exciting new events coming up that I want to leave as a surprise. We’re trying really hard to have a bomb-diggity End of the Year Performer. So more information is to come for that in the near future!“
What do you like to do in your free time? “I love to go out and hang out with my friends at Radigans, I’m a huge Netflix/Hulu binge watcher, looking up cute pictures of cats and dogs is a speciality of mine and sleeping/dreaming.”
