Minnesota Wild: 2018-2019 Season So Far

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at MNSU chapter.

If you’re a Minnesota sports fan, you know how difficult it can be. Some years our hopes are built up just to be crushed in the playoffs; other years we know we don’t even have a chance. Minnesota’s national hockey team, the Wild, has been putting us on a rollercoaster of emotion since the franchise started in 2000. Their overall record is 663-524-55-135; if you’re unfamiliar with how hockey records work, these numbers mean we have won 663 games, lost 524 games, tied 55 games, and lost 135 games in overtime. I am just thrilled that we have more wins than losses . The Wild has made nine playoff appearances but is yet to win a Stanley Cup. Here’s a look at how the Wild is looking this season as of November 13th.
