Life is complicated, we all know that. Throughout your life, there will be millions and millions of things that happen that will bother you, make you sad, depressed or disappointed. While some of these things might matter, most of them wouldn’t.
It’s important that you know when to put your mind on, your effort on and when to just smile and say “I don’t care”. Trust me, your life would be much easier and much more comfortable if you just throw away those unimportant things that bring you down. For example,
When people say things that are not true about you.
When somebody takes out their anger or irritation on you.
When people blame you for something you don’t even understand or know about.
