5 Online Clothing Stores that Won’t Break the Bank

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at MNSU chapter.

Between tuition, books, housing, food and everything in between, living the college lifestyle while keeping costs down is no simple task. On top of this, managing to stay on top of clothing trends on and off campus has proven to be quite difficult without breaking the bank. Now a sophomore in college, I’ve had some time to research and discover the best and most affordable online clothing stores that have completely saved my bank account! While these 5 picks are no TopShop or Urban Outfitters, they are affordable, student discount friendly, and oh so cute.

1. Urbanog.com

This women’s online apparel store is SO fashion-forward. Their style is suitable towards the more edgy, street style, and casual girls. Each day they offer a site-wide discount ranging anywhere from 15%-50% off, insane! My favorite part about this store is their sale section because even by refining your search by size, price, or color, there’s at least 10 pages or more of sale items.

2. MissPap.co.uk

This next store might have you thinking, “ugh, international shipping”. Thankfully, this online store does not charge a large shipping fee, in fact, it’s equivalent to any U.S store. I love that they convert the prices to U.S dollars which makes the store super user-friendly, and their prices are amazing. Yet again, I love their sale section, with amazing finds such as $8.00 dresses, and $15.00 longline jackets, who wouldn’t?

3. PapayaClothing.com

I found this beauty after watching one of my favorite Youtubers, @dulcecandy. They carry on trend items such as off the shoulder tops at unbeatable prices. Their store doesn’t pinpoint to only one particular style, so you could be shopping anywhere from business wear to club wear in the same place. A full outfit on this site would cost you less than $50, so you would definitely be getting the bang for your buck.

4. Boohoo.com

I think a lot of ladies might be familiar with this next one, but if you’re not, you have no idea what you’re missing. This online store takes expensive, trending looks, and offers mock pieces at low prices. They always do fun collaborations with famous Instagrammers such as @amandasteele and @jordynwoods. The best part is, you can always receive 30% off your order as a student here at MNSU!

5. Gojane.com

Last, but not least, my go-to online clothing store for the basics. I think simplistic, girly, and fun print loving gals would die over this store. Their sale section is another place I find myself going to a ton because nothing is over $35. A current discount going on is sneakers starting as low as $12! It’s super easy to get carried away with this store and totally not realize you have 15 items in your cart.

There you have it! A compiled list of my budget friendly online clothing stores. A tip for you all before you start indulging in all the latest fashion finds, make sure to sign up for www.unidays.com for exclusive offers available to college students for the stores I mentioned above.
