This means not only getting involved in the school community, but also getting involved in the huge and wonderful NYC community.  By going to school in the heart of NYC, there are amazing internship/job opportunities available that are not available anywhere else.  Meet as many people as possible and don’t shy away from talking to people.  You never know who you’ll meet and what you can learn from them! OH and if you want to make some easy extra cash…Upper East Side families are ALWAYS in need of babysitters. Go get ‘em.
