So much to do, so little time.

Breathe easy folks; I’m not talking about finals. Let’s look past these next few stressful weeks and focus on the fun festivities of the holidays ahead. The skating, shopping and socializing you must prepare for are nearly here.

That means you’ll need some advice from Her Campus Mizzou

to glamorize your vacay wardrobe. We’re talking leather leggings, faux fur, major metallics, and glitter galore for this season’s primp-worthy occasions. Here are the go-to statement pieces for each event:

Ice Skating

We all aspire to look like an Ice Princess while gliding (or falling) all over the rink, but to be realistic; warmth is also a priority. That’s why these cozy accessories, a faux fur snood or studded gloves, are must-haves.

Shopping Spree

With all of the gift hunting that will be going on in the month of December, you’ll need to be styling like the mannequins in the mall windows. Steal a few second glances from fellow shoppers with a pair of rose-gold metallic flats or keep it casual with sleek leather leggings.

Social Spectacle

Think of the soirées you’re about to attend or maybe even host. Either way, a sparkling statement necklace, complementary earrings or glitter-ific dress are in your future. Guests around you won’t know how many compliments are “too many.”

Snuggle Session

I don’t know about you but Christmas break means maximum relaxation for me. There’s always the much anticipated movie marathon night in with my girlfriends, which is another excuse to be looking comfy but cute. Fuzzy socks and pink pj’s will make for the snuggest time.

By following these Her Campus Mizzou tips you’ll be looking hot for the holidays no matter what you’re doing. Whether it’s a slumber party or a New Year’s celebration, you can have the essentials to make your outfit and night unforgettable.
