Her Campus Mizzou is the University of Missouri chapter of HerCampus.com, the #1 online magazine for college womxn. Her Campus has over 400 campus chapters and provides content and resources about everything from fashion to entertainment to news. Our chapter publishes articles weekly and creates daily social media content to engage our community of empowered and ambitious collegiate womxn.
We are looking for creative and hardworking contributors who are interested in pursuing a career in media, communications or digital marketing. Alumni of Her Campus have gone forward to pursue careers at NBC, Teen Vogue, The Washington Post and many other high-profile companies. Writing for Her Campus Mizzou can help you build your portfolio and resume to share with potential employers.
We have three teams here at Her Campus Mizzou: Contributors, Marketing and Publicity and Social Media.
1. Contributors
Contributors are the lifeblood of our chapter! They write weekly articles that our published to our chapter site. Articles can be about anything that appeals to college womxn like the mystery of women’s clothing sizes, staying eco friendly during COVID, or Gua Sha.
2. Marketing and Publicity
The Marketing and Publicity team handles all things promotional for the Her Campus Mizzou chapter. They are in charge of creating PR strategies alongside the social media directors, coordinating events, collaborating with other campus organizations and finding creative new ways to encourage membership and reader engagement.

3. Social Media
The social media team promoteS the stories told on the Her Campus website. They follow a fun design that compliments the many articles you can read online. The team also uses Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to create independent content that fits with the college womxn lifestyle.

Keeley is a Junior at Mizzou studying Finance. Her interests include sports, music and painting.
