Turn on some George Strait and put your cowboy boots on ladies because this week’s campus cutie is a country-lovin, single, hometown Missourian boy. Phillip Cooley, the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity President, has his ideal date detailed all the way to the end of the night so don’t stop now! Read more to find out about Phillip Cooley!

Hometown: Saint Charles, MO

Year in school: Junior

Dream job: Cattle and chicken farmer

Major: Agribusiness Management

Relationship Status: Single

Campus Involvement: Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity President, CAFNR Student Development Board

Why you chose Mizzou: Both my parents came here and I was impressed with the Ag school

Turn Ons: Blondes, southern accents, intelligence, and no fear of speaking her mind

Turn Offs: Don’t like farms or livestock, doesn’t like country music, or judges too quickly

Most Embarrassing Moment: Trying to show my brother how good of a driver I was in my truck and proceeding to slide on the ice while drifting a corner and getting stuck in the ditch. My dad had to come pull me out with the tractor.

Favorite Pick-up Line: Would you grab my arm so I can tell my friends that I’ve been touched by an angel?

Favorite Movie: Tommy Boy

Celebrity crush: Jennifer Lawrence

Fun fact: I would give everything to have season tickets for the Kansas City Royals.

If you could trade lives with anyone- who? why?: I would with out a doubt trade with Eric Hosmer. The first basemen for the champion Royals and a ladies man with multi-million dollar contract. What else would you want?

Where you see yourself in 10 years: Hopefully living on a farm in rural Missouri, looking out over my back porch at my cowherd, beautiful wife, and a couple boys.

What’s been your favorite part about college so far: I love going to Mizzou football games. Nothing will probably top my freshman year season, but it’s so awesome to see everyone that comes to tailgate and chanting ZOU back to the alumni.

Ideal date: Preferably its summertime and nice weather. I would start with a dinner at an Italian restaurant, followed by ice cream. Then we would swing by the store and grab a six-pack. We would head over to my grandpa’s field road. I would back the truck up and put the tailgate down to watch the sunset. Hopefully, by the end of the night I can end up with a big, fat, wet kiss on her doorstep.
