Landon Burke ’16

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Mizzou chapter.

Hey, collegiettes! Get to know this week’s campus cutie, Landon Burke! Nothing short of a gentleman, this guy is a first class act as well as easy on the eyes. When he’s not with his pledge brothers at Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, you can find him hanging out at Veritas, the Christian student ministry on campus. Did we mention he’s single? Check him out!

Name:

Landon John Burke

Hometown:

Chesterfield, Mo.

Major:

Convergence Journalism

Campus Involvement

Pledge at Delta Sigma Phi, member of Veritas Student Ministry

Relationship Status:

Single

Favorite Mizzou Memory so far:

That’s a hard one! I would have to say the first few weeks of school. I got to know so many awesome people that I still hang out with all the time.

What I look for in a girl is:

Sincerity and confidence. A girl should be comfortable in her own skin and not be too desperate to snag herself a man.

Dream Job:

Television talk show host.

Fashion Trend I don’t understand:

Sock buns…

One thing on my bucket list is:

Climb Jessie Hall (Just kidding) (But seriously).

Favorite pick up line:

“Do you come with coffee or cream? ‘Cuz baby, you’re my sugar.”

Guilty pleasure:

Show tunes. I’m a sucker for a good musical.

Celebrity crush:

Scarlett Johansson

Favorite Quote:

“Always be moving forward. Never stop investing. Never stop improving. Never stop doing something new.” -Mike Litman

Biggest Turnoff:

When girls are mean to their friends. It really shows that they’ve got some issues they need to work out.

Perfect first date?

A long walk on the beach followed by hot chocolate in a mountainside cabin.
