5 Things To Know About The Bookstore Boutique

 Many of Mizzou’s collegiettes have most likely passed the bookstore boutique, ZOUtique, during their errand runs to the bookstore basement, whether they’re hunting for that one last book needed for poli-sci or in the midst of solving their computer problems at Tiger Tech. If you haven’t had a chance to check out the boutique, Her Campus Mizzou has some tips for you to uncover what you’ve been missing out on! Here are some things you should know about ZOUtique:

 

1.  The theme of the merchandise changes. Items offered at ZOUtique change frequently from solely fashionable game day apparel to dorm merchandise. Right now the boutique is featuring spring fashion with lace shorts, chevron blouses, and other apparel with bright colors and fun tribal patterns.

2.  The prices are relatively cheap! Compared to that $50 t-shirt at Urban Outfitters, ZOUtique has everything you would need to stay fashionable here at Mizzou at a relatively low price. Sheer blouses and tank tops range from $14.99 to $29.99. Not bad compared to more expensive brand names.

 

3.  You can check out their Pinterest board for updates. Under the MU Bookstore account, ZOUtique has its own board titled “Mizzou Boutique” where pictures of new arrivals are featured from completed outfits on mannequins to shoes to dresses to hats!  Here’s the link: http://pinterest.com/mizzoubookstore/mizzou-boutique/

4.  Accessories galore! Not only does ZOUtique offer chic apparel, but trendy accessories as well. If you ever desperately need something more to add to that cute party outfit and don’t have time to race downtown, look no further than the bookstore! In the basement, you’ll find countless necklaces, rings, scarves, bracelets and more at ZOUtique.

 

5. It’s the perfect place to found that cute game day outfit. When the 2013 football season comes around, there’s no better place to find an adorable ensemble for game day (we are in the SEC after all!) than at Mizzou’s own ZOUtique. Last year their game day apparel included black and gold dresses, blouses, blazers, tops, and jewelry. Everything you could ever need to look cute to cheer on the Tigers!
