Though I am more of a winter girl, I love my fair share of Halloween and fall related eats and drinks. I am going to be counting down my top five today!

Mini Twix and Snickers Bars

My favorite candy on the list is mini candy bars. I am not that big of a fan of larger candy bars, but there is something about the mini ones that get me pumped for Halloween. Mini Twix are the perfect combination of chocolate, caramel, and wafer that I just can’t get past. I love buying these year round, but especially at Halloween! I love mini Snickers specifically because they are just a tiny bite sized cube, and, like the Twix, have the perfect combination of all of the different flavors and ingredients!

Mini Hershey Bars

My friend and I have season passes to Hersheypark and spend a lot of time in Hershey, PA. One of my favorite parts of a trip to the park is getting the mini chocolate bar after the Hershey’s Chocolate Tour in Chocolate World, and Halloween is a time when those mini ones are in abundance. I also love the Cookies and Cream ones of the same size, which I can only find around this time!

Hot chocolate

I am not a coffee drinker whatsoever, and have only recently started trying certain teas, but hot chocolate has been and will remain my cold weather drink. After a cool day at the pumpkin patch or a Halloween parade, I love snuggling up in a blanket with some hot chocolate with marshmallows and watching a Halloween film, such as one of my favorite DCOM’s, Girl vs. Monster.

Apple cider

Apple cider is also one of my favorite fall/Halloween drinks. I have a very fond memory of drinking hot apple cider with my friends after a particularly cold and rainy Homecoming game last year while we painted pumpkins as a fun Halloween activity. The pumpkins turned out so cute, and apple cider is now a staple for me in the month of October.

Apples

I already noted the cider, but apples are such fun fall snacks! I love dipping them in caramel or cinnamon, and apple picking is also a super fun fall activity. I remember bobbing for apples as a kid at Halloween parties, which, for the record, I was horrible at. I just love their sweet taste and how there are a lot of different options depending on what you are looking for, and how they can create so many other delicious treats!

So, there we have it! My top five favorite Halloween and Fall related treats. I hope you all have a happy and safe Halloween weekend!
