As we all know, spooky season is sadly coming to an end as Halloween just passed. Halloween isn’t just about dressing up and pretending you’re someone/thing else for the night, it’s about collecting that candy. Can’t even lie, we all know as kids we traded and finessed in anyway possible to get our favorites. Here’s arguably the top five Halloween candy ranked!
Number 5.) Skittles
Starting off in fifth place, is skittles. Who could ever forget the infamous skittles commercial where the girl eats a skittle off billy and contracts “skittles pox”. Between the six different flavors in the original bag, how could you ever get tired of the fruit flavored chewy candy.
Number 4.) Milky Way
Next up is none less than the American version of the Mars Bar. The American version of the Milky Way bar is made of chocolate-malt nougat topped with caramel. 10/10 recommend if you’re a caramel fan!
Number 3.) Reese’s Cups
Coming in ranked at three are Reese’s Cups. Trying to remove the cup successfully from the cover without damaging it is a challenge on it’s own, but don’t let that phase you. If you like peanut butter, definitely try them! They are also available in different chocolate flavors (white chocolate and milk chocolate).
Number 2.) Twix
Up next are Twix.. are you more of a left or right side twix type of person? Despite the debate of which side of the pair is better, I favor both. Why let a half of a delicious butter cookie center, topped with caramel, and coated with milk chocolate go to waste?
Number 1.) KitKats
Number one goes to the best combo of a candy bar out there. Here’s to a candy consisting of two or four pieces composed of three layers of wafer, separated and covered by an outer layer of chocolate. 100% the best Halloween candy out there, may be bias.. but hey, why don’t you go try one out and let me know how it goes!!
