  1. Reading A Book

This one is my favorite one to do. I like to lay down in be and read a good book. It’s good to read at night since it can help you reduce stress and it helps to increase melatonin production which can relax you.

  1. Play On Your Phone

You can lay in bed and go on your phone to play a game or watch TikTok. It can help some to wind down but others might not do well with the light and the entertainment that can come from some of the videos.

  1. Watching TV

This similar to being on your phone, some people need to watch something to get in the mood to go to bed. For others this could make them stay up longer.

  1. Coloring

If screens are not your thing at night, you can color. This is also a good way to relax.

  1. Getting Ready for Bed

Some people use getting ready for bed to wind down for the night. They get a shower and get their skincare done and then go to bed.

What are your ways to wind down at night?
