7 On-the-Go Meals For When You’re Running Late

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but if you’re like me, you’re perpetually late in the morning. I can’t count the number of times I’ve foregone breakfast because I’ll be late to class or a meeting. Well, no more! You can prepare everything beforehand and still get out the door with some food in your stomach. Why sacrifice those precious extra minutes to lay in bed to cook when you can grab something on your way out the door? These seven on-the-go meals will be a saving grace for anyone who needs a little more time to say goodbye to their bed in the morning.

1. Breakfast Trail Mix

Buy it premixed or get creative and make your own. All you need are some breakfast essentials in your trail mix and you’ll be good to grab a bag and run out the door. Get the recipe for the one pictured above here.

2. Yogurt Parfait
